Singapore "Best Condos"

what is the criteria used to select the "best buildings?" Do any of these brand new condos make the cut?

for best singles condo...

Why is UE Square only two stars? seems like an ideal location next to clarke quay for those that want to be close to the night life...

and that st martin's residence got 5 stars? seems a bit isolated in terms of distance to MRT...i figure that most singles would not have a car and would need to be closer to the MRT?

on the right hand side there are some links u can click on and one of them is called "Best Singapore condo"

uuh, i think this is a very hard topic, as taste is just too different here... my colleage pays so much money for his condo, which is all brand new... but i would never feel "home" in such a place.... i could not give such a rating, because someoneelse might like the one best, that I don't like at all....
no idea how the rating is done.....
but also like to know
