can a new start up company get a bank loan ? or any loans?

what documents do i need to prepare?

i do not think it is possible. i tried every banks and they turned me down straight.

If you are a start up company, at least need operation the company for 6 mths, and earning profit about 30k......without that you can't loan...

Without capital also difficult to start up biz....unless you have a gd biz proposal can approach SINGAPORE SPRING might get SME loan...

hi

If you can really survive without one it will be the way to go. If you get some from the banks and you default by even a month, they will hound the hell out of you day and night, and credit clerks in this country lack
Thinking out of the box, negotiation skills and there only weapon are wild threats to sue you. If can get an unsecured loan with out any guarantors then go for it. I would suggest you get credit cards from overseas which will be less hassle to you.

I assume you have a business that demonstrates loan amounts needed, usage, cash flows to cover payback, and payback schedule?

there's start-up loan available in Singapore provided by government. But I suppose You might need to get a 3rd-party investor to invest minimium 75k. The payout term provided by them are not that helpful. Consult them on a 1-to-1 basis.

Another method You can approach Angels' network. Majority from US. Those ar rich businessmen who just have the habit to invest in any profitable biz.

If You are skillful, You can easily find or set plan to attract the curosity of protential local investors

Do not surprised that ANG MOH speak Singlish...too...

I have read saturday article about western expatriates who have settled long term in singapore....

Some Ang Moh feel happy staying here bcos is safe, low level of crime and corruption...One's of the expat said he understands singlish well, he has learnt when to put in his "lah" and "lor" & his biggest regret not mastering Mandarin in his 10 years here....
