How much would you pay for a beautifully done up room inclusive of electricity bills, housekeeping services, laundry services? 24 hr food available within walking distance and very accessible to the city?

i'm paying 400 for all these things...
i got a good bargain... plus there's a maid as well and internet access...

I have my own room...
as in i'm alone in the room... plus it's fully furnished... i live in Marine Parade area...
