Good evening
i have only arrived to singapore about a week ago and am 31 weeks pregnant. I would appreciate if anyone could let me know the best shopping centre in town to buy buggy/travel syst, cot and essentials .
from my understanding so far, each shoppng centre is focusing on a particular 'subject' like Funan for IT etc... It is just a little confusing i admit as i haven't found even maps in a lot of the malls to help me locate the appropriate shops more easily.
I also have 2 bigger boys who do not enjoy shopping expeditions very much so any tips would be a bonus for them too instead of trekking the city with them.
many thanks

Hi,
Check out Forum on Orchard road. That is one mall that is child centred, lots of kids clothes shops. 3rd floor is Toys R Us they have baby toys, travel systems and some cots.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
I like Motherswork at Great World City. You can check out their website,
www.motherswork.com.sg. They do stock more items than featured on their site.

Great World and the First Few Years at Paragon (5th floor, Orchard Road) are good - Mothers Work is the one I always go back to. There is a smaller Mothers Work at Tanglin Mall (Tanglin Road, just before Orchard Road) but the one at Great World is best for range. Mother Care is not too bad - there is one at Plaza Singapura but it's not huge. Not sure where the others are now as some closed/moved but there should be a bigger one somewhere - I'm sure they have a website.

HI,
You can try First Few Years outlet on level 5 at Paragon. Or the Baby Hypermart at Kaki Bukit. If you really spend, they can give up to 20% discount.
