Barbecue party venue ideas

Hi guys,

My company is planning on a barbecue party, east coast side. Besides East Coast Park, any ideas for venues that side?

They are also thinking of a sit down dinner, incase the barbie doesn't work out. This they want on West Coast. So if anyone has any ideas, please do let me know.
