Beach volleyball @KM8 Sentosa SAT 20th & SUN 21st Oct

Hello Boys and Girls,

The 3pm start on Sunday seems to have proved a winner. Giving a chance for the hardcore "allweekender" volleyballers to get a bit of respite, for the Saturday night partygoers/clubbers to get a lie-in and for those rugby supporters (such as myself) to get more sleep after the 3am game. (C'mon England!)

As most people can attest to, Saturday's game was a bit more pleasant without the scorching heat. Being able to play without any footwear made it that much easier. An excellent turnout and welcome to the newbies.

Just a warning about the Sunday games, it seems to be busier at KM8 and more people vying for the court. Hence we have to compete with other teams to stay on. If you're a new player and want to get in more practice, Saturday may be a better option.

Anyway, enough rant, the beginning line-up are:

The rest......have a blast.....kick axxes as per usual on Sunday yah

And Go England! think you'll take the cup once again....though I bet on Sprinboks!!!!!! heheheh

Enjoy watching the game guys, we will be watching in bangkok, thinking of the rugby friends back here!

I hope I will be able to play on Saturday but since I am off work today with a cough, cold and sore throat that's by no means certain...

By popular request we'll have some group pictures taken this Saturday. Bonbon, you're going to miss them again, but never mind, we'll take another lot when you're back and before we leave in November...

It's become a weekly routine: beach volley at the weekend, pictures uploaded on Facebook on Monday or Tuesday and comments being posted until Friday... Melvin, you'll have to keep it up while I'm away...
