Is easier to post here, and allow members, newcomers, visitors, ... to join.

If your interest is getting a huge database of expats emails, I think there will be easier ways.

This place is inside the condo, Costa del Sol, just tell the guard that you are going to the Cafe.

They serve western food and and some finger food.
