Nippon Paint and
ICI Paints seem to also offer packages...

When we had our unit painted before we moved in (LL too cheap)we just went to the local Nippon Paint shop and asked for their recommendation. Two guys showed up on Saturday morning and they were finished by Sunday; 4 large bedrooms, stairwell, lounge/dining and it didn't include doorways or bannister. $1200. That was 01/05, though.

You may visit "HomeFix Outlet"or SelfFix outlets.
They provide one-stop both Nippon Paint & painting service and offer different price package for different house size.
