Hello everyone,
I will be moving to SG with my wife sometime in Aug'08. My office is on 135 Telok Ayer Rd...what are the good places to stay near my office.
I am looking for 2 Bedroom aptmt. My budget is $2000...Can I get a
condo in this price under current rent scanerio?
What are these executive HDBs?
what can be my options?
Thanks in advance.

your option is to search the forum and google for estate agents in singapore. there are housing everywhere in singapore, but what you really need is to go for viewing to decide which one is for you.
remember, one man's mansion is another man's mud hut.

Hi,
You can see the prices from here
http://singapore.roomsdb.net/display_offers.php
based on the address you'll be working in the city, so any location should be good for you as long as there is an mrt near by.....but i agree u gotto see the place

You might struggle to rent a place in a private
condo for $2000 - rents are hideous at the moment.

Aww...
That budget is not possible if you are looking at somewhere near your workplace.
If you don't mind travelling for 30mins to work, perhaps there is at least some chance that you can find condo.
