I work on Loyang Way 2 , I thought it was just an industrial Estate.

oops, i meant loyang ave. that's the road which had that really bad accident where the lorry ran over a car.

Thats where Loyang Valley is, on Loyang Avenue. Its a 400 condo redbrick complex just down from the 7/11???

EDIT : Ah, just checked street directory. Looks like your location is a good 20 min walk maybe - or more. Not familiar with that area.
