b. In reply to this thread, add your name onto the name list below by copying and pasting. If you don't do that, we'll lose you!
c. If you have never met Moonriver personally, please PM your phone number AND email address to her. (If you're unable to PM us, please let us know by posting it here in this thread so that we'll initiate the PM for you.)
Your seat will only be guaranteed if you have fulfilled 'a' and 'b' above. (However, if you HAVE MET Moonriver personally, just add your name to the name list and there's no need to PM her because she would've kept your contact details.)
d. You may withdraw your name from the list if you can't make it or you decided that you would not enjoy the cuisine/restaurant we've chosen for a certain month after you've applied. Please do not feel bad doing so and you don't even have to state your reason.
If there is ever a NO SHOW, no future application will be entertained.
