Hi!
Our family with two kids (3y, 7y) will be moving to Singapore for 9 months this week. We have been searching for the
condo/apartment in internet and now have 3 offers, one of which we might agree on tomorrow and move in when coming to Singapore. The rents are almost the same. I will stay at home with the kids so I would appreciate some activities during the daytime.
The choice is between West Cove Condo in West Coast, Le Hill located at Pasir Panjang Hill and Maplewoods in Bukit Timah road.
What would be your pick?

Bukit Timah, pretty quick travelling to city. Turf city is around, for food and fun for kids

agree, Maplewoods would be my choice, there are plenty of shops & restaurants close by & the City is just down the road.

Hiya
If rental is almost the same, definitely Maplewoods! It has a nice expat community and is closer to town. The pool and other facilities will be good for your young kids. Also, there are supermarkets and shops closeby.

Le Hill is beautiful, but not very practical for getting to bus stops etc. Maplewoods is beautiful and its own little community, has shuttle bus service and regular bus nearby. I don't know anything about the West Cove
condo, sorry.
Tervetuloa Singaporeen! Tassa on hyvaa netisivu suomalaisille -
