Best Place to Buy Oriental Rug?

Not looking for "Sultan of Brunei" quality rugs, but something decent and a good value.

My wife and I saw a few shops near Tanglin Mall, but was wondering if there are any other areas that we should be looking?

Check out the shops in Arab street. There is a fair few rug shops there.

there's a few in tanglin shopping centre (not mall) and a large one next to the forum just behind tanglin shopping centre, though I am always a bit suspicious of a shop that keeps claiming to have final closing sales, and I am no expert but the one next to forum seem very expensive. I believe there is some association for a list of legit carpet sales companies.
