Hello All,
My name is Anna and I am 23 years old. I am moving to Singapore at the very end of December to teach English at a private school for the next two years. This is my first time moving abroad and I am SO excited! Since I only have a few more weeks before the big move, I thought it would be a good idea to try and get some contacts with other expats who have had or will have the same experiences I will. I have a lot of questions and there are times when it is all very overwhelming, so I would love to know that I know people who have done the same things. Any advice or anything at all would be so appreciated! Thanks!

There has been quite a few changes in the cooling measures once again...
Definitely targeting at 2nd, 3rd properties for PR and SC and foreigners...

Good way to cool demand to ensure that demand is not inflated but rather is genuine and that property purchased is occupied rather than left empty.
