Hello everyone!
My friend and I are setting up a club for people who want to lose weight and we feel that losing weight as a group will further help to motivate each other!
If you are SERIOUS about losing weight, you can contact me at 9879 0170!
Cheers!

Or you can stick it (somewhere) to aid the clearing system. Faster and more efficient.

...i thought they had to get rid of the food before it went too far in the digestion system (and thus provided the body with the 'unwanted' calories). Therefore bulimia is more popular than laxatives (which promote water loss and maybe instant but temporary thinness)?
it's sad what women do to their own bodies and minds.

If the people involved actually need to lose some weight, then why would it be sad.
It's likely the best, most positive thing they could do for their physical, and emotional health and well-being.
What's strange is reading you belittling the attempt. This is definitely a place where if you are not going to be a positive motivating force, then at least keep quiet and allow them to try to succeed instead of failing through apathy! It is highly unlikely that they are bulemic...
Are you the type of person that will offer a smoke to someone trying to quit! Does misery love company? Enough said!

I actually very much agree with Grumpy77... If these people just want to make themselves look and feel better, which I think is the case, then who are we to label them as anorexics or losers...
I used to be quite over-weight myself and would have very much welcomed a group of people to lose the weight with...
These two people are just trying to help each other, and anyone else, lose weight... And I leave you with what many mothers have said to many children: If you have nothing nice to say, just shut up...

If you really want to lose weight, you should all send SMS a PM and ask him how he did it.
Seriously. He's a testament to THAT method.
