which
condos are nice for familys in the upper bukit timah area? Having two small kids 3 and 1 year.
We want to stay there cause the German School is nearby and my office will be in the German centre.
Any recommendations? Maybe with some german families with also small children staying there.
How much per month for a 3/4 bedroom
condo?
Tks.

singapore is the land of the
condo. lots of condo everywhere and all are nice for family. the best way to choose a condo is to view it. without viewing, one man's condo is another man's mudhut.
rough guide for a condo in bukit timah - S$3k to S$5k.

I'm thinking along the same line F&B is the toughest industry.. High cost, high turnover, takes time to build customer base..

Another place is the west coast, those condos near the west coast park is great and the park is less crowded than east coast park.
