Singapore does have some film makers. But hte number of films made at singapore are very few compared to B(k)(t)ollywood numbers. WHat are you looking towards?

You'll be surprise at the no. of filmmakers in Singapore. You should check our New York University Tisch School of the Arts Asia at 3 Kay Siang Road. It's a graduate school that teaches filmmaking, animation, dramatic writing and producing.

They have short courses on acting, cinematography and screenwriting, if you're interested. It's pretty cool: http://cce.tischasia.nyu.edu.sg
