hop hop/rnb expert?

what a shame...sing clubs and bars don't really play hiphop/rnb style as far as I can c, I'm newcomer...anybody know good places to go? I tried it was not really interesting...thx for ur reply!

i love r&b too but the places with decent crowds in sg very rare...mostly local teens and how they drink like , specially later can't handle their drunk mind is really screams for me to get out of there...
