Need advice setting up a Personal Training business

HI All,

I am a fully qualified PT from the UK. I am looking to set up my own PT business here and was wondering if anyone could let me know the requirements or have any useful links as I am having difficulty finding the info I need.

I am looking for answers to the following questions:

Do I need to be registered somewhere?

What kind of insurance is recommended here?

Are there any other requirements I should be aware of?

I would really appreciate your help.
