Papsmear test service is readily available at private clinic and local hospitals like NUH , KKH and polyclinics etc. There will be cost involved of course. You do not need to get Obs or Gynae to do it as it will cost an arm and a leg.
Alternatively if you are wanting more of the test itself. There are several private hospitals with rows of private clinics specialising in Women Human Biology. Try Mount Alvernia, Mount Elizabeth, Thomson Hospitals . Too many to choose from and most of them are excellent doctors
