Where would you suggest is the best area? I wouldnt mind getting a coutertop dishwasher too, any thoughts? both in the same area would be good?

For counter-top dishwasher, You might see one at Tang's at Orchard. In the basement, they specialize in the fancy kitchen gadgets. If not can try Takashimaya (sorry cannot spell) on the other side of Orchard Road in Ngee Ann City

Dishwashers are not so common here, so the main electrical shops don't carry many models.[/list]
