Where to find RajniGandha or, Pan Parag(no tobacco one)?

I went to few shops in Little India but they have all with tobacco.

Any help is appreciated as my relative is desperate for this.

Is it me but it seems with each new announcement of being high on world Covid vaccine uptake the case numbers keep increasing here.
