I am looking for budget Serviced Apartment for monthly rental commencing 1May11.. preferably monthly rental < SGD 4,000.

Budget and Serviced Apartments dont' go together .. though you can check the Sime Darby Service Apartments (one bedroom) or the ones' advertised in this board ..

Hmmm... don't know what type of budget Service Apartment you might like,
