Top notch high-speed internet connection advice is needed

For top-notch, high-speed, you need to reach Changi Airport and get on one of those expensive things they call planes.

Singapore is in the medieval ages when it comes to the internet.

Does not exist even per your loosely defined requirements. Surely not the mentioned ones - maybe if you would pay a fortune but judging from your earlier questions this is unlikely the case.

Aw folks cmon, it's not All that Bad...I am on a 8 MBPS Braodband connection and connect through my Wi Fi Router. I access my work remotely and it works as a Breeze. I get to access my entire Desktop back at work.
I guess that seems to be the same requirement as the OP.

We can only guess. He did not mentioned what he was going to use it for but within last month he asked a number of questions related to an online shop and unless you are going to be his only client the requirements are very different.

Aw folks cmon, it's not All that Bad...I am on a 8 MBPS Braodband connection and connect through my Wi Fi Router. I access my work remotely and it works as a Breeze. I get to access my entire Desktop back at work.
I guess that seems to be the same requirement as the OP.

prkravi, what is your provider? what device do you use to connect?
may you share a reference to your internet plan?

My 1Mbps connection here in Singapore is lots more reliable and faster than the 6Mbps I had in Thailand recently. Same goes for most other places I ever lived or worked at. Some of the above posters whine at a very high level!

To be fair you're not really comparing apples with apples when comparing Thailand and Singapore though. Compare Singapore with Japan (another first world country, as the Singaporean government never fails to remind us this place is) and they are world's apart

I am comparing Taiwan, Germany, USA (plus Thailand) and all were worse than Singapore.
When I lived in Japan, there was no Internet at all (yes, that's how old I am!).

How long ago did you live in those other places (other than Japan obviously)? I've lived in Japan and HK in the last 5 years and both are inifinitely better than here

Only USA is more than 5 years ago, the others recent (Thailand three weeks ago).
In Singapore, you mostly get the bandwidth (more or less) that you pay for. Elsewhere, there's always a discrepancy (most shockingly in Thailand: Order 6Mbps, get <1Mbps!). Breakdowns and technical problems might not always be the provider's fault (e.g. 3 days without Internet due to Taifun in Taiwan), but I am talking about overall experience.
