Hi Anurag,
There are many maids available here who are both local and from India/Nepal and virtually throughout the sub-continent. They cook Indian food and come morning / evening or both times depending on how you contract with her.
But which area are you looking for? Some maids and quite fairly, work only in East / West as she might go to 4-5 places in one day.

You better check to make sure they are local if you go that route. If you get caught hiring a moonlighting maid on a WP with another employer, you are both in deep brown stuff of the smelly kind, so do beware.
