Hi, I'm 33 M from Switzerland and came to SG 2 months ago. Now that I have settled in more or less, the weekends tend to be a bit boring (specially the nights). If your interested to have a few drinks and chat please let me know.

Is it me or are rental price increases at condos this year bit crazy? I get the usual percentage points... But my friends landlord wants to increase...
