Recommendations for OBGYN 15weeks pregnant

Hello! My husband and I (American) moved to Singapore 1 week ago and I need to find an OBGYN, I'm currently 15 weeks pregnant with my second child and need to see someone by 16 weeks for the next check up. I've been doing research on line and I have to admit that I'm a bit overwhelmed on how to select a doctor, over charges, quality, etc. Please help.

I'm looking for a OBGYN doctor with the following qualities (personal and practice) and would appreciate any recommendations:

- Good bedside manners
- Provide high quality of care
- Reasonable package price
- Delivers at Mount Elizabeth and Gleneagles
- Low C-Section Rate (First born was natural)
- Reasonable wait time
