this Friday, we'll be headed to Bar on 5, a bar on the 5th storey of the Mandarin Orchard Hotel, next to Takashimaya. The bar overlooks the bustle of Orchard Road, but is ensconced in the interior of a hotel. A delightfully 80s/90s playlist is possibly the next thing on the DJs mind.
The Mandarin Orchard Hotel has seen many changes during it's lifetime on the orchard road belt. The interior has undergone drastic changes since the past decades, and it's mixed tenancy is now a great mix of food and clothing. We won't be doing any shopping, but only alcoholic beverages.
