CGC - time for some healthy exercise?

Post by louischia » Thu, 29 Dec 2005 1:45 am

helo CGC! :)

this is the 1st time im starting a new topic with the "CGC" name!

after all the "bone loosening" exercise conducted in "cloudy heaven", should we come back to earth for some "not so happening" exercise n breath some "normal" air?

i suggest 2 exercise:

1) cycling. (louis fav! :P )
2) badminton (louis got a new ... )

date the work out on Sunday 1st or Monday 2nd Jan?

any feedbacks appreciated!

Well done Fung!

I'm voting for cycling along East Coat Park or Sentosa on the 2nd Jan (need to recover after the count down gal!!). I'll even vote for roller blading as an alternative!!

Count me out for Badminton (bad shoulder).

Till then!

Jun, Rollerblading is lots of fun. A lot faster than walking! Go on, give it a try. One has to live a little in life rite?! :)

I am definitely NOT playing shuttle boy!
