Hi, welcome to Singapore.
Depends on what you want to buy:
1. Cribs/prams/strollers - i got mine at baby hypermart in kaki bukit
2. Clothes/bottles -robinsons, takashimay or any of the department stores
I also like First few years in Paragon.

Thanks for advise.
I only worry because when I was in Singapore last year while I was still pregnant, I could hardly find any place sell maternity wear. I went to several department stores on Orchard, only found 1 place with very little choice.

Although Singapore is a small country you will need to travel here and there to compare and find stuff.
They are here and there.
Well...
Normally I shop from Mothercare or Kiddy palace.
I use Born Free bottles and they are not easy to buy here.
From Mothercare I buy pacifiers and stuff. My son uses only Tommy Tipee pacifier.
When you browse around, you will find baby department at one corner of a mall.
BHG is also good to shop if you know Bugis.
But it's still small.
To share a good tip, GAP has promotion now 60% and if you buy 3 items, additional 10%.
I got great stuff for my son and myself from Centrepoint (Somerset).
It was a bargain.
The sales staff was also shocked to see the price of each items.
I just couldn't resist and bought a few items. haha
I even bought a winter jacket for him to wear when we go to Korea this fall. J
Always good to share info!
cheers,
Ayesha Lee

Here's some recommendation to get your baby stuffs cheap!!
Baby kingdom - 83 Kaki Bukit Ave 1 #01-00 Shun Li industrial park
Baby Hypermart - 69 Kaki Bukit Ave 1 Shun Li Industrial Park
You can find strollers, baby items, cot, car seats etc under one rood at about 15-20% off retail prices.
