Need to more information in rental flat or more , anyone have information for my reference :
1. Agent Fee - how much need to pay for rental flat ?
2. Any fee for government in rental flat ?
3. How to apply electric, water, or other untitlies ?
4. School application for secondary ?
5. Insurance - as I am stay in PR, any insurance supprot us, or I need to be critizen can be enjoy it ? or I need to buy for my family?
6. Employ maid fee - agent fee / maid monthly salary ?

Typically is one month of rent

As in pay to government? Yes, if you consider stamp duty on the lease agreement

Call Singapore power and telcos
4. School application for secondary ?

If you are PR, you can get shield plan and premium paid via CPF medishield

The existing tenant breaking lease ASAP (lease started 01 Jan.....2 year lease...no diplomatic clause).
New tenant (me) takes out 1 yr lease...
