Located on a sprawling site, De Royale comprises twin towers namely The Duke and The Duchess, capitalising on the advantage of being aligned on an axis that provides clear vistas and good sun orientation. As one of the tallest development in the precinct, De Royale standing at 36 storeys high comprises 204 units of 2+1 (study), 3-bedroom apartments, 3+1 (study) and 4-bedroom penthouses. With a unique diamond-shaped mesh crown as a distinctive feature, this freehold development bears a dramatic charm that sets it apart from norm. The circular entrance with encircling planters and water features provide an interesting focal point achieving a sense of grandeur whilst the soft sound of flowing water relaxes one upon entering De Royale. The two high-rise towers designed with balconies capture natural breezes and light as well as surrounding views into the spacious apartments connecting the building to its surroundings.

This lofty addition close to the vibrant Toa Payoh Central means one will be spoilt for choice when it comes to activities especially within walking distance to one of Singapore's most mature town centres. De Royale is located just 370 m from Toa Payoh HDB Hub and within 10 mins walk to Toa Payoh MRT whilst Toa Payoh Central is just 6 km away from the city centre. It is well-served by major expressways, and an efficient road system supported with an excellent public transportation. The established town of Toa Payoh Central enjoys a wide range of amenities such as entertainment, sports and educational facilities. Situated at the fringe of the city area and within close proximity to Toa Payoh Interchange / MRT, commuting needs are sufficiently met.
