Great World is situated at the periphery of Orchard Road and the Central Business District, yet removed from the hubbub and traffic congestion seen especially during peak traveling times and festive periods. Equidistant from east and west of Singapore, connection to various parts of the island via the various expressways is so easy.

Great World City straddles the well-known Orchard Road shopping/entertainment belt, and the riverside recreational areas of Boat/Clarke/Robertson Quays.

The Orchard and Outram Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) stations are within close proximity, and Changi International Airport is less than half an hour drive away. The complex is well served by an efficient network of transport services to all parts of the island including Suntec City, Raffles Place, Shenton Way, HabourFront and the western Jurong industrial corridor.
