Located at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites on Somerset Road, Bedrock is a grill restaurant and whisky bar that firmly believes in preparing classic dishes with fresh ingredients using the wood grilling and smoking methodology.Inspired by their dining experiences during their travels, from late night brasseries in Paris to simple afternoon food fare in Sydney, the chefs bring home timeless gastronomic trends and incorporate them into the delectable menu.MUST TRIES: Craving for meat? Plunge right into the Tomahawk Steak, or go for a whole rack of lamb that's served with roasted root vegetables and mint sauce. If you'd like to have a taste of its wood-grilling technique, indulge in the bedrock pepper steak, which is 300 grams of New York steak that's complemented with black peppercorn sauce.
