Its traditional approach to Lebanese fine dining has gained Beirut Grill some fanfare, especially with its focus on using authentic ingredients shipped from Lebanon.MUST TRIES:If you like meat, the shish taouk (char-grilled chicken cubes marinated overnight with Lebanese herbs and spices) is a house favourite, along with mainstays such as shish kebab (char-grilled lamb cubes).Vegetarians will not find themselves short of options: the fragrant bamia(lady’s fingers cooked with Beirut gravy) and crisp makali (deep-fried mix of eggplant, carrots and cauliflower) are favourites.
