Maison Ikkoku Cocktail Bar offers some of the best Japanese and Western cuisine serving a tantalising collection of dishes that are suitable for family, large groups, catching up with friends and colleagues. From Foie Gras Don to Salted Caramel French Toast its extensive menu is reflective of the cafe’s efforts to cater to every palate.

This cafe is located in Kampong Glam Conservation Area along Kandahar Street. For those looking to see and be seen, stylish cafe Maison Ikkoku even comes with an intimate cocktail bar upstairs that shakes up bespoke cocktails in the evenings. The Tokyo-trained baristas here take their coffee seriously, offering over six different brewing methods including the Syphon, Pourover, Chemex, and all that — but we feel the regular coffee via espresso machine does the job perfectly.Cocktails are a tad steep, averaging at $28 per drink, but the mixologists put on a pretty good show and it’s nice to know they use freshly squeezed fruit too. They’ve also opened a more upscale restaurant-bar on Fort Canning Hill called Fort.MUST TRIES: Indulge in their mouth-watering dishes such as King Prawn Udon and Tom Yum Pasta.

Also, has anyone here applied for PEP online? What was your experience like and what was the timeline .....
