Taking its name from a bay-side town in Sydney, the Hong Kong-based steakhouse's name was so-picked for the auspicious eight 'o's in the word.Sitting on the third level of the Swissôtel Stamford Hotel, this curved 6,300 square feet space has an outer shield of floor-to-ceiling glass so you get a rare and impressive view of the city; from greenery lining Stamford Road to the scenic views of St Andrew's Cathedral and Marina Bay Sands. The best time to be sipping a drink at Wooloomooloo's bar is sunset, and best times of the year to perch yourself here - National Day and during the F1 Night Race. These guys take their steak seriously too: their Australian and USDA beef products are displayed at the entrance, in a temperature-controlled room behind a sleek glass window.MUST TRIES: The premium beef selection, Australian-inspired dining choices and exhaustive wine list can be overwhelming, as can be the rib-in 70-day grain-fed Australian Black Angus Tomahawk steak when eaten by one. Other highlights: jumbo prawn cocktail, Wooloomooloo tuna niçoise, roasted spatchcock chicken, ricotta spinach ravioli

Also, has anyone here applied for PEP online? What was your experience like and what was the timeline .....
