Nestled within Quayside Isle on the first floor of Sentosa Cove, Sabio by the Sea lets you enjoy tantalising Spanish cuisine while taking in the picture-perfect view of the Marina precinct. This is where you can indulge in delectable grilled meats, seafood and authentic Spanish tapas.MUST TRIES: For starters, try the Gazpacho or cold tomato soup that's the perfect fix for the humid Singapore weather. If you're feeling peckish, order the Calamares A La Plancha or Pan fried calamari that ever seafood lover will adore. The Tortilla Espanola, which is a traditional potato and onion omelette, will also appease the growling stomach. Those with a sweet tooth can order the Spanish interpretation of the donut - the churros.
