THE BUZZ: Set in a conservation shophouse along Chinatown's Jiak Chuan Road, Lime House is Singapore's very first Caribbean restaurant. The interior, which accommodates up to 60 people, retains the original shophouse tiles and wood room dividers, creating an inviting space with a nice loungey vibe. This is a great place to gather family and friends after work to enjoy delicious Caribbean cuisine.

MUST TRIES: Some of the favourites here include Back Ribs glazed with in-house Trinidad BBQ sauce, Jerk Chicken, Curried Goat. As rum is a very integral aspect of the Caribbean dining experience, there are many variations of the beverage that are available here, like the Deconstructed Pina Colada.

Re: Moving to Singapore in March!

Singapore is a damn sight safer than MENAT in these times. I doubt the UAE will be transparent about the number of cases they have.
