MUST TRIES:Begin your meal with a cocktail, such as a negroni or bellini while you whet your appetite with various bruschettas like Sicilian tomatoes and basil; sauteed mushrooms; and cooked ham and stracchino cheese. Then, order up a few mains to share, such as the raviolacci with beef and marsala or the mixed grilled fish and seafood platter. On your way out, pick up some Italian goodies, such as freshly-baked Italian bread, pasta, coffee, extra virgin olive oil, meats, cheeses, and wines, at the retail section. From the same team that brought us Etna Italian Restaurant is iO Italian Osteria. Tucked away in Upper Bukit Timah's residential enclave of Hillview Rise, the menu here is straight forward and produce centric, just as any good Italian restaurant should be.From the open kitchen, the culinary team prepares IO’s menu from scratch with only the finest fresh high-quality ingredients. IO Italian Osteria is not only a tavern open from breakfast to dinner; it is also a great place to find distinctive Italian delicacy items, food and beverages.
