Just checking if I should apply SC now or later for higher chances of success?

Came to SG in 2016 and gotten PR since mid 2018. Planning to convert SC in mid 2020 upon completion of 2 years PR.

Some details below:
- male malaysian chinese
- married but no kids, both .....

Cadbury Dairy Milk - the UK stuff tastes better than any other country IMO.

But if you were brought up in the US, chances are you think this stuff is disgusting. Don't worry, Brits feel the same way about Hershey's - it tastes like vomit to them.
