1. It won't work for digital broadcasts which is what all Singapore FtA TV is now. It will work for HDMI connection to your cable box which is probably what you will use.

You need a residential pass to rent longer (>6 months) term. If you are going to be in Singapore based on tourist visa (short term visit pass) your legal accommodation choices are limited to hotels and alike, and service appartaments.
And agree with abbby, too cheap for this sort of .....

Many SMEs, FandBs' will be gone by the time covid19 is over. People have mouths at home to feed, not only they need to feed the ongoing rentals and wages, they also need to feed their families. With no revenue streaming in during these many months for them...I cannot imagine. And I believe .....
