Type:

Seated on level two of VivoCity, Shin Kushiya is known for its signature Kushiyaki, which is a general term for skewered and grilled meat and vegetables. The food here is fresh and grilled over Bincho Charcoal imported from Japan. Also known as the King of White Charcoal, it burns at extremely high temperatures that results in meat being crispy on the outside while juicy and flavourful inside.MUST TRIES: If you're not particularly famished, take a look at the a la carte menu and consider the Nikuzume Shiitake, which is mushroom stuffed with minced chicken, or Tori Sasami Mentai, which is chicken breast with spicy codfish roe. Those in large groups should just opt for the platter, like the Gyu and Vegetable Platter, or the Yakitori Platter.
