Delhi Restaurant established in 1988 by a husband-wife pair, the restaurant has stayed true to its name, specialising in a vast array of North Indian cuisine. Here, diners can feast on a variety of tandoor-cooked meats marinated in masala and wine, and seafood such as chilli prawns served in a savoury onion and coriander sauce, in addition to vegetarian fare including kormas and spicy mushrooms with spinach and cottage cheese.Beers also available. Delhi Restaurant also offers delivery, catering, and venue rental services at its two outlets located along Serangoon Road and Race Course Road.

smoulder, excellent question. I'm guessing they would have to be on an employment pass of one sort or another. If it's been exchanged for PR I don't think they qualify technically, although mentally I'm sure they want to be considered 'expat' for face, perchance. I've been a PR for over 27 years .....
