This riverside restaurant serves meals on a "sizzling rock", a volcanic piece of rock super-heated in a special oven to over 450°C. The food is raw when it arrives on your table, but it'll cook soon enough and you can decide when it's "done" enough to your liking. If your food cools before you finish eating, just place it back on the rock (which retains heat for up to 45 minutes) to warm it up.
